Henry Jordan is just like you. His parents were RV’ers when he was growing up. They started with a pickup with an over-the-top camper on the back. Later, he had one of the early RV’s, a Dodge Motorhome. He understands the love of the open road. He has also been a lifelong sailor and is a captain in the US Coast Guard. This is just one reason why he started TaxFree RV with Douglas Drummond. He wanted clients like you to get the most out of their RV ownership and save as much money as possible. Owning an RV is just that much better when you can put money back in your pocket.

However, Henry Jordan does not just have the passion, he has the credentials as well. Mr. Jordan has a B.S. in Business Administration from the School of Management at Boston University and completed the Executive MBA program at Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Since then, he has launched and developed several successful companies. He has both the education and the experience to help you.

Mr. Jordan also understands that supporting the community is just as important as supporting his clients. In addition to regular donations to charity he volunteers with the Denver Rescue Mission and Habitat for Humanity.

Douglas Drummond loves the outdoors. He has lived in Colorado almost his entire life and regularly goes camping and hiking. He competes as a triathlete, travels, volunteers in his community and spends as much time as possible with his wife, three kids and nine grandchildren. He also works as hard as he plays.

Mr. Drummond has been a self-starter from a very young age. He started his first business purchasing firewood from the US forest service and then selling it to condos when he was still a teen. He has worked at every level of business from customer service, to sales, to management, to CEO. He understands the importance of attention to detail, particularly when it comes to dealing with government agencies.

Before TaxFree RV, Mr. Jordan and Mr. Drummond owned a company called Osprey Imaging. Osprey was a company that printed and mailed invoices, statement and notices related to customer billing for companies from the telecommunication and healthcare spaces. The data involved was extremely confidential. They built Osprey with a value system that included holding all owners, managers and employees accountable, complete honesty and open communication with all clients and maintaining respect for all people inside and outside the organization. Mr. Drummond has brought that ethic to TaxFree RV which is why you will always speak to a real person and not just an automated system. It is also why TaxFree RV has so many satisfied customers.

Darcey is our Montana Company Formation & Vehicle Registration Specialist and the first point of contact for every client. She has been with the firm for over a decade and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of LLC formation and saving clients’ money. She is family and community oriented, volunteers her time regularly to support her children’s schools, and makes annual donations to various charities.

Darcey has a long history with the RV community. Her grandparents were avid RVers, and as a child, Darcey went camping every weekend in their Class A RV. She has continued the RV and camping tradition with her children, and they regularly travel the country with their 5th wheel and toy hauler. She understands the importance of saving that sales tax money when you are buying something as expensive as an RV, or other high-end vehicle, and she knows how to help you do that the right way.

Darcey has double bachelor’s degrees in business marketing and business management. She focuses on the details, deadlines and legal criteria for every client as if it was her money on the line. She stays on top of revisions in the laws that affect you and your Montana LLC. If something changes, she quickly and efficiently informs you and is available to answer any questions you may have.
